What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
For trial orders, we accept a minimum of 50kg for premium spices and dehydrated vegetables to allow you to test our quality. For regular commercial shipments, our standard MOQ is 1 Metric Ton (MT) or an LCL shipment, scaling up to full 20ft and 40ft FCL containers.
Do you provide samples before I place a bulk order?
Yes. We dispatch commercial samples via DHL or FedEx Express directly from our Mumbai office. Sample material is complimentary; buyers are only required to cover the courier freight charges.
Are your products tested for EU MRL compliance?
Absolutely. We partner with ISO 17025 accredited and NABL approved laboratories. We test for over 525 pesticide residue parameters, heavy metals, microbiology, and aflatoxins. A batch-specific Certificate of Analysis (COA) is provided prior to shipment.
What are your standard payment terms?
Our standard terms for new buyers are 30% Advance via T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) and 70% against the scanned copy of the Bill of Lading (B/L) and shipping documents. We also accept 100% Irrevocable LC at sight from top-tier international banks for high-volume contracts.
Do you operate as a broker or a direct supplier?
We are a direct supplier. We manage our own processing at our Kiran Enterprises facility in Andhra Pradesh and source directly from farmers. We operate with a strict zero-broker policy, ensuring you get factory-direct pricing and 100% traceability.
